Solution:
Check time of filtration, minimum 6 hours daily
balance the pool water between PH 7,0 and PH 7,6 with PH Minus or PH Plus
backwash the filter and rinse
shock chlorine
flocculate cartridge in the skimmer
set filtration on manual for 24 hours (not swim)

Green, cloudy water, slippery base & walls, algae
Possible reason :
wrong PH balance
no desinfection ( Chlor )
bad filtration
geringe Umwälzung
old water, not enough fresh water
Solution:
Check time of filtration, minimum 6 hours daily
balance the pool water between PH 7,0 and PH 7,6 with PH Minus or PH Plus
vaccuming the pool and brush the walls
backwash the filter and rinse
cleaning the prefilter of the pump and skimmer baskets
shock chlorine
flocculate cartridge in the skimmer
set filtration on manual for 24 hours (not swim)

The pool walls are rough or lime deposits
Possible reason :
PH balance to high
Solution:
balance the pool water between PH 7,0 and PH 7,6 with PH Minus
vaccuming the pool and brush the walls
add special anti lime products
In the case your pool walls are still rough. You have to empty your pool and clean it with a special acid !!

too much dirt in the pool
Solution:
backwash the filter and rinse
flocculate cartridge in the skimmer
In the case that nothing helps, change the filter sand!!

less than 0,3mg/l Chlorine, shock chlorine
more than 3,0mg/l Chlorine, add fresh water
